Before lighting the candles greet:

Blessed are you a-Dani a-Lahino the King of the world, whom we sanctified by His commandments and His command to light a Chanukah candle.

Blessed are you a-Dani a-Lahino the King of the world, who performed miracles for our ancestors, in those days at this time.

On the first evening (or when lighting for the first time this year) add and greet:

Blessed are you a-Dani a-Lahino the King of the world, who we have lived and maintained and reached this time.

After lighting the candles say:

These candles we light for the salvations, and the miracles, and the wonders, which you did for our fathers in those days at that time, by your holy priests. And all the eight days of Chanukah these candles are sacred, and we have no permission to use them, but only to see them, to give thanks and praise to your great name, for your miracles and for your wonders and for your salvations.
